If you wish to return or exchange the product, you can do so within 14 days of delivery to the address given in your order.

To exchange an item for another, you will need to return it and inform us of the item you wish to replace it with. Aster Lab will not make exchanges on exclusively manufactured products and customised requests (unless it is a production-related defect).

In order to proceed with the return, you will need to send an email to info@asterlab.it indicating in the subject line the order number, explaining the nature of the return and attaching any pictures if the return request is due to product defects or damage during transport.

Please ensure that the returned goods are in their original condition, including labels and packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund. Ship the package taking care to entrust it to a courier company that can provide you with a tracking number to monitor and control the package during transport.

Your money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund is equal to the amount of the order placed minus taxes, shipping or return fees.

The refund will be made after assessing any damage or defects to the item and the nature of the same. The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, in the event that the returned goods are damaged (e.g. with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, deformations, etc.), not complete with all of their elements and accessories, not accompanied by the original packaging and wrapping and by the warranty certificate, if any, the Consumer shall be liable for the decrease in the value of the goods, and shall have the right to the refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product.

To this end, therefore, the Consumer is invited not to handle the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same. He must ensure that the products and their original packaging are adequately protected during transport, so as to return intact (without damage, writing or labels).

In any case, Aster Lab will not accept exchanges or returns of items that are unsaleable due to wear and tear or damage caused by the customer.
