Delivery information
Aster Lab offers worldwide shipping from Italy. If your country is not available at the time of ordering, please contact us to info@asterlab.it Our products are handmade to order. You can customize your jewelry to fit your style and your needs; for this reason, the processing and preparation time of the order is 7 working days from the time of receipt of the order. You will be informed with an email of the details about the shipment, with specifications about the courier who will take charge of the shipment, the estimated delivery time and the tracking code of the package.Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. In case your address is not listed on DHL/DPD/BRT, we will find an alternative to make sure you receive your order. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes due to the high value of the goods and the requirement for a signature upon delivery.

Imports and customs duties
International orders may have taxes or duties applied in the country where the order is delivered. If your order is subject to such duties/taxes, these will not appear on your invoice, but will be presented to you and collected by the courier upon delivery. In addition, if you refuse to pay taxes/charges, your package will be returned to Aster Lab and you will be charged for the return shipping costs.

Our responsibility
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as truck breakdown, traffic accident, severe traffic delays or adverse weather conditions) we will use our best endeavours to contact you to arrange an alternative time slot or delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss (including loss of revenue, profit, goodwill or business opportunity, any damage to your reputation) incurred as a result of a delay in delivery arising from any cause beyond our control.
